Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, and of Russian heritage, Jane has lived and worked in South Africa, Singapore, New Zealand, and now Thailand. She’s spent the past 2.5 years immersing herself in the local Samui real estate market — quickly building a trusted reputation for going the extra mile for both buyers and sellers.

Jane holds two Master’s degrees: one in Philology (the study of languages) from a Ukrainian university, and another in Child and Family Psychology from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. Her academic and cultural background gives her a unique ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and understand the needs of clients from all walks of life.

She is fluent in English and Russian and speaks conversational Spanish.

In her previous roles in Singapore and Christchurch, Jane earned recognition as an award-winning real estate agent. She brings that same drive and commitment to excellence to her work in Thailand, underpinned by a strong ethical compass and a genuine dedication to her clients' best interests.

Jane has invested heavily in learning the nuances of Thai property law — particularly the complexities around foreign ownership, leasehold structures, and company title.
